Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

Ohm Healthcare wants you to be happy every time you shop with us. So, in addition to your automatic right of cancellation, we have a "total satisfaction" guarantee. This means that if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you have the option of returning it to us in good condition within 14 days. We will then issue a full refund for the price of the item less a nominal charge of £1.50, which covers handling costs. We will also be happy to refund the purchase price in full if the return results either from an error made by us or from a defective item. To make a return, please give the reason for the return and wrap the package securely. Then send it to Customer Service Representatives at the address below:

    Cancellation

    You may cancel your order by informing us of this by e-mailing cancellation@ohmhealthcare.com any time up to seven days from receiving delivery. Goods are to be returned to us at your expense in an unused, unopened, condition without the seals or wrapping being removed or broken. We will refund your money within 14 days of receipt of the goods or within 30 days of your cancellation, whichever is the earlier. Returned goods are to be accompanied by a note showing your name, the date of order and the invoice number, and should be forwarded to our Customer Service Representatives at the address below.

    Damaged or Defective Items

    Should you receive a damaged or defective item from us, we will offer you a choice of:

    • A prompt replacement.
    • A full refund.
    • An alternative item of the same value.

    However, you must return the damaged or defective product and this must be received by us within 30 days of delivery to you. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments. In order to return the product, please send the item to us.

    Damaged Container

    Should you receive a cracked or damaged container, we will be happy to send you a replacement. Simply return the faulty product to us and we will send you a replacement with product.

    Shipping

    Orders are usually dispatched via the Royal Mail Delivery 1st class.

    If no one is available to receive the delivery, a card will be left at the delivery address and the item may then be picked up from your local Royal Mail depot or you can request a re-delivery on a convenient date. When picking up mail, please take an item of I.D. along with you for verification of identity.

    1st class Royal Mail Deliveries usually arrive the next working day but please allow 5 working days, especially for deliveries to remote areas (e.g. Shetland Isles).

    In exceptional circumstances we reserve the right to use alternative methods of shipment.
